TOB ppt

Here is the outline for a ppt created by a 2nd grade teacher for the TOB topics of "Sacramentality of the Body" and “Dignity as Male and Female.” It's hard to get the full impact without the pictures (and a Venn diagram toward the beginning).  If you would like to see the ppt, please email Sr.Regina-marie@cdolinc.net to request it.

God’s Special Creation:
the human person!
God Created humans in a way he did not create any other part of Creation
Our body and soul work together!
Since our souls are invisible, our bodies help express what is happening inside of us.
Can you tell how these kids are feeling? How?
Our Bodies help us give and receive love
Our bodies help us form relationships with others.

Even though God gave all humans a body, He made their bodies different in a special way: some people are tall and some short, some people are strong and some are flexible. God also made boys and girls different genders.
Dignity
Even though we are different as male and female, God made us with equal dignity.
Dignity means we have great value as a person- we are important just because we exist and were created by God. NO ONE can take that away!
EVERY girl and EVERY boy must be treated with respect because both have dignity.
